- No certificates, badges, or completion credentials have been issued
- No downloadable materials have been accessed or downloaded
2.2 Technical Issues
- Platform malfunction preventing access to purchased content
- Content significantly differs from the description provided at the time of purchase
- Substantial technical errors that impede learning and cannot be resolved by our support team
2.3 Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same course or subscription multiple times, you may request a refund for the duplicate transaction within 30 days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions where more than 14 days have elapsed since purchase
- Courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed
- Individual quiz attempts or test assignments that have been completed
- Digital certificates or credentials that have been issued and downloaded
- Promotional or discounted purchases unless required by applicable consumer protection regulations
- Services purchased through third-party platforms or resellers
- Gift subscriptions that have been redeemed by the recipient
4. Subscription Cancellations
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rata refund if cancelled within the first 30 days of the initial purchase, provided less than 25% of available content has been accessed.
After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future renewals.

- Include your full name, account email address, and order number or transaction reference
- Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request

6. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days from approval

- Access to the refunded course or subscription will be immediately revoked

8. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Free trial periods do not require refunds as no payment is collected during the trial. If you do not wish to continue after a free trial, ensure you cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.
Promotional offers and discounted purchases are subject to the same refund policy as regular-priced items unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
9. Group and Corporate Purchases

10. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account and access to all services.
